Information you send us

When you use the contact form, you may provide your name, business email address, organization name, the area you want help with, a description of your challenge, and optionally a phone number and approximate team size. We use this information to respond to your inquiry.

Please do not send confidential client, tax, financial account, health, or identity information through the form.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to respond, to arrange a discovery conversation if appropriate, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not use form submissions for marketing without your separate agreement.

Marketing communications

We send marketing emails or other promotional messages only if you have asked to receive them or have otherwise agreed. Every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to stop through the contact form. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages needed to respond to an inquiry or manage an engagement. We do not send marketing text messages unless you separately agree to them.

Text messaging and mobile information

If you provide a mobile number and check the text-message box on the contact form, we may text you about your inquiry, including replies, scheduling, and reminders. Consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving any services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share them with service providers that help us deliver messages, only to provide that service.

We do not sell or share personal information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. Because this website does not use advertising or tracking technologies, there is nothing to opt out of here. If that changes, we will update this notice first, honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where the law requires, and provide a clear opt-out method.

Cookies, analytics, and third-party services

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, and it does not set cookies for those purposes. See our Cookie Policy for details.

The contact form sends your submission to us through Formspree, a third-party form service, which delivers it to us by email and processes the information on our behalf. Formspree's own privacy policy also applies to that processing. Spam protection may also process technical information about your request. You can ask us which providers handle form submissions.

Service providers and sharing

We share information with service providers that help us host this website, deliver form submissions, and communicate with you. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting engagement, unless the law requires otherwise. You can ask us to delete your inquiry information. Retention periods are under review and will be stated here before this notice takes effect.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this website, including encrypted transmission over HTTPS and limits on what we collect. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, including under Texas and other U.S. state privacy laws, you may have rights to know what personal information we hold, to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising or profiling, and to appeal a decision about your request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, generally within 45 days.

This website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children.
